this track started out sounding incredibly different than it does now. it was one of the Gadget songs written on the iPad. after i had asked VoT if he'd be interested in collaborating, i had given him a list of tracks from the potentials list, this one included. we went through a lot of structuring and i pretty much was his engineer while he directed me to adjust things. excellent performance on the boots, VoT.

VoT and i actually knew each other in high school. that is a story for another time.
